History of the Black Diamond Folk Club
Written by Phil Cross
September 2009 sees us start our 46th continuous season as a centre of folk music in Birmingham. During the 45 years that we have been running, we have been in 16 different venues and had numerous club names. We have booked in the region of 1075 guests, and had around 75,000 audience members attend the club (but not all on one night).
