We are very excited to be able to bring you The Teacups who are doing a short tour of the Midlands. Formed in 2010 and based in Newcastle they are Alex Cumming, Kate Locksley, Rosie Calvert and Will Finn. Equally at home singing both traditional and contemporary songs in harmony you will get plenty of opportunity to join in the choruses. Even if this is the first visit we will soon be won over by their warm stage presence and sense of fun.

Ruth and Sadie Price. With a fine pedigree of English singing it is a pleasure to have the girls back at the club. Both have a love for traditional song and dance. You will hear some great harmony singing and plenty of opportunity to join in the choruses. You might even hear a shanty.

We welcome back GU4. Unaccompanied English traditional song from Pete, Miggy, Karen and Bill . Gorgeous harmony singing and lively banter. Their way of involving the audience in the performance means no one is left out. Watch out for a sprinkling of Miggy Campbell’s own songs. A night not to be missed.

Mat Green and Andy Turner are part of the very successful Magpie Lane. As a duo they play mainly traditional English dance tunes. They specialise in little-known tunes from eighteenth and nineteenth century village musicians' tune books. The tunes are interspersed with songs, again, mainly from English traditional sources, but with the occasional surprise.
