He sings great songs from here there and everywhere but the delight for me is his introductions both humorous and erudite. Danny accompanies himself on concertina and guitar. Roy Clinging

Roy brings his skill as a fine concertina player and singer. He can move effortlessly from a traditional ballad to shanty to music hall ditty. His programme is peppered with songs from his beloved Cheshire and his self-penned songs sit comfortably alongside the genre. In the second half of the evening Roy will be joined by his wife Mary and Rose Price to bring you items from "When this old hat was new" a presentation of nineteenth  century life in song.

Owing to popular demand we are very pleased to welcome back Brian who on his last visit to the Diamond gave us a wonderful evening. The songs garnered from all parts of Lincoln are passed on to us with love and humour. They come with witty chat and accomplished playing. He is not to be missed.
