Three Sheets to the Wind are Derek Gifford, Geoff Higginbottom & Keith Kendrick. Individually they have been booked many a night at the Diamond so as a trio you are in for a treat. With songs from the sea the, land and the bit in between sung with joy and a humour. They will plead cajole and even bribe you to join in.

Peter and Barbara Snape. Have a touching sincerity and simplicity in their respective backgrounds that permeates their music. Barbara’s lovely clear flexible voice complements Peter’s sympathetic intuitively sensitive melodeon accompaniment. They present a varied repertoire of traditional folk song complemented with an eclectic selection of music hall song, (largely from their home county of Lancashire) with plenty of opportunity to join in.

The Clacque are Tom Addison, Barry Lister, Dave Lowry and Sean O’Shea. Distilled from the legendary groups of old, four voices of depth and maturity blended to bring warmth and harmony to the English Tradition. This is the first visit of the harmony duo Hissyfit. Hazel Richings and Linda Kelly are based near Hull and began singing together about 10 years ago. Linda, as newcomer on the folk scene, had begun to write songs as well as collect stories about the lives of the people involved in the fishing industry around the Humber. These have been added to their repertoire. They are delighted that their songs have been recorded and sung by Grace Notes and Pint and Dale.
