With Alison Younger, Hilary Spencer and Chris Harvey you get two wonderful singers and a superb musician creating a glorious evening of the master’s material performed with style panache and humour. Come along to a night with a difference, Pepper’s Ghost are a magic lantern show using an original 1890 brass and mahogany lantern. The whole evening is given over to nostalgia (“What’s different ”) I hear you ask? The glass plate’s slides are usually themed and you will get plenty of opportunity to join in as they come with music and song from this four-piece group. We have waited a long time to get this group back.
We welcome back this wonderful singer songwriter from the North East, Many of his songs have entered the genre. With 11 albums under his belt he has spotlighted both the heroes and the life and trades of the working class people of the area. Richard is also a fine shanty singer so there will be lots of opportunity to sing along.
